Work you'll do
The Services you will provide the Deloitte project team: You will help dealerships transition from legacy DMS platforms to Tekion Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC) and ensure teams across sales, service, parts, F&I, and accounting are ready to operate successfully on the new platform. This role is designed for professionals who have hands-on experience implementing dealership management systems and supporting dealership go-lives. You will work directly with Deloitteās automotive transformation teams helping some of the largest dealership groups in the country modernize their operations on Tekion ARC.
Key Responsibilities
The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $50-$60 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.

- Support Tekion ARC deployments and dealership go-lives
- Guide dealerships transitioning from legacy DMS platforms
- Work directly with dealership leadership and operational teams during implementation
- Train dealership staff on new workflows across sales, service, parts, F&I, and accounting
- Identify and resolve operational issues during go-live and early adoption
- Coordinate with Deloitte, Tekion, and dealership stakeholders throughout deployment
- Experience working in an automotive dealership (fixed or variable operations)
- Experience implementing or supporting DMS systems
- Experience supporting dealership system migrations or go-live events
- Experience training dealership staff on new systems
- Ability to travel up to 90% nationwide for dealership deployments
