About Us At Pampa Lighting, we’re redefining how outdoor lighting is done. We manufacture premium-grade, die-cast brass lighting fixtures. We’re one of the fastest-growing lighting companies in the nation, and our content needs to grow with us. Every day, we ship nationwide, light up incredible landscapes, and help professionals elevate their outdoor designs — and now we want someone who can bring that story to life through video and photography. About the Role We’re looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Content Creator to help us capture the heart of our brand — from the warehouse to the showroom and worksites to the final glowing results. You’ll work closely with the owner and our social media manager to plan, shoot, and deliver engaging content each week. We want someone who’s proactive — who doesn’t just wait for ideas but brings them to the table and holds us accountable to film what the brand truly needs. This is a freelance role, starting with 2-3 times per month, to film a variety of content, average shoot 2 hours. As we scale our content engine, this will likely expand into a larger, ongoing collaboration. What You’ll Capture • Worksite footage – installation, behind-the-scenes, and day-in-the-life clips. Coordinate with contractors to go to the jobsite whenever they will be installing our lights, film them up close as they install, even do tutorial videos then and there. • Finished projects – beautiful outdoor lighting at completed jobs, walkthroughts, explanational videos of what we did how, film ads and so on. • Warehouse & operations – the real people behind the brand, filming the showroom, different hooks and organic content in the office space. • Educational clips – explaining the products, their features, and our process You’ll Work On • Planning and coordinating weekly content days with the social media manager • Filming high-quality video and photo content (stabilized + drone footage preferred) • Uploading raw content to Google Drive within 72 hours of each shoot • (Optional) Editing content — not required, but if you love editing, let’s talk You Are • A visual storyteller who knows how to make real-world work look cinematic • Passionate about brands, growth, and content that actually drives engagement • Reliable, accountable, and comfortable taking initiative • Equipped with professional gear (camera, stabilizer/gimbal, drone preferred) • Excited to work with a growing, ambitious brand and see your work across our ads, social media, and website The Opportunity We’re not looking for someone to just show up and film. We’re looking for someone who will be part of our story — someone who helps us translate the energy of the brand into content that builds trust, inspires, and sells. We have been growing exponentially for the last 4 years, this year doing 120% growth compared to last.
