Freelance Beauty Expert

DIME Beauty is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable remote Freelance Beauty Expert to represent them in select Ulta Beauty stores. This role is ideal for a beauty professional who is passionate about educating customers, driving sales, and building brand awareness through authentic connection and in-store presence. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct in-store visits at Ulta Beauty locations to represent DIME Beauty. • Educate customers and Ulta Beauty staff on DIME Beauty’s product assortment, brand story, and unique value proposition. • Provide personalized product recommendations and demonstrations to customers. • Support sell-through by driving awareness, trial, and conversion during peak hours or special events. • Capture feedback from store associates and customers to share with the DIME Beauty team. • Ensure merchandising standards are maintained and products are well-presented on shelves. • Report on store visit activities, customer interactions, and overall performance. Qualifications: • Prior experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics (retail, freelance artistry, or education preferred). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to connect with diverse customers. • Passion for clean beauty, skincare science, and product education. • Self-motivated, organized, and reliable. • Ability to travel to assigned Ulta Beauty store locations.
