We’re looking for motivated, self driven sales professionals to join our team as a Freelance B2B Sales Representative working remotely! This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by connecting with companies across various industries. As a key player in our sales network, you will leverage your outside sales expertise and management skills to develop new client relationships, nurture existing accounts, and expand our market presence. Duties
• Engage in proactive outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts through strategic account management and personalized customer service.
• Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and utilizing CRM software for effective lead management and follow up.
• Develop territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales efficiency across designated regions.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long term partnerships.
• Utilize marketing insights and analysis skills to identify market trends, optimize sales strategies, and increase upselling opportunities.
• Find and generate new business leads for commercial properties and businesses.
• Visit businesses to share information, conduct walkthroughs, and showcase our services.
• Meet with clients, build relationships, and schedule appointments.
• Close deals and secure new client accounts.

Pay & Commission:
• $50 for every new client account you successfully close. (This is not an hourly rate)
• 100% commission based: no base salary, so your earnings are in your hands.
• Flexible schedule: work from home while building your own client pipeline.

Requirements:
• Self motivated and goal oriented.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to visit client sites and conduct walkthroughs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous B2B sales experience is a plus but not required.
