Fraud Prevention Manager

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Fraud Operations Manager to work for one of our top global tech clients! The Fraud team is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to focus on reducing fraud costs and building solutions to protect the platform from fraudsters.

About the Role: We are looking for a data-driven, strategic operator who excels in combining business context with analytics to address problem areas and implement customized solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Establish Fraud Strategy: Develop the approach to fraud, including products, pricing, and strategies to lead the subscription business.
• Analyze Fraud Vectors: Perform end-to-end analysis to identify bad actors and enhance the experience for good users.
• Influence and Engage: Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to set goals and build strategic programs.
• Lead a High-Performing Team: Drive team engagement, growth, and results.
• Improve Through Experimentation: Utilize data-driven decision-making to test and refine strategies to reduce fraud and accelerate growth.

Qualifications:
• Experience: 6+ years in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or related fields, with experience in high-growth or subscription businesses.
• Project Leadership: Proven experience in leading large projects, achieving goals, and thriving in team environments.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, and expertise in Excel (including maintaining complex spreadsheets).
• Leadership: Direct experience in people management.
