Customer Service Representative (Non-IT, Remote)

Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner.
Provide assistance and resolve customer concerns with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary.
Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
