We are expanding our network of Franchise Ownership Advisors™ (FOA™) and are seeking select professionals interested in building a flexible, remote advisory practice within the Franchise Element™ ecosystem.
About the Opportunity
This is not a traditional employment position.
The Franchise Ownership Advisor™ opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build a professional services business helping entrepreneurs explore franchise ownership opportunities.
As a FOA™, you will operate under the Franchise Element™ brand and platform while leveraging our systems, training, technology, marketing resources, automated lead generation, and portfolio of franchise brands. Your role is to educate, guide, and support prospective business owners through one of the most important financial and lifestyle decisions of their lives.
What You'll Do
• Conduct discovery conversations with prospective franchise candidates
• Assess candidate goals, financial qualifications, and ownership objectives
• Introduce and educate candidates on franchise business models
• Present franchise opportunities aligned with each candidate's profile
• Facilitate introductions to franchisor partners
• Guide candidates through the evaluation process
• Build relationships and maintain ongoing communication with prospects
• Develop and grow your own advisory practice within the Franchise Element™ platform
