Fractional Healthcare Controller / Senior Accountant (Remote – WA Preferred)

To learn more about us please visit us at www. www.coastinjury.net/ www.coastmri.net We are currently seeking a Fractional Healthcare Controller or Senior Accountant to help us analyze our financial performance, uncover areas of loss or inefficiency, and build a structure for scalable financial growth. This is a remote, part-time, or project-based role—ideal for a detail-oriented financial professional with experience in medical or healthcare finance. Duties • Review and analyze financial statements across all clinics and MRI centers • Identify areas of financial inefficiency, potential losses, or discrepancies • Develop improved financial processes, controls, and reporting systems • Create financial dashboards or KPIs to help leadership make data-driven decisions • Work with leadership to align financial strategy with business growth goals • Provide insights into cost management, revenue streams, and profit margins • Collaborate with external accountants, billing, and internal administrative staff Requirements • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or medical accounting/finance • Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting • Experience with multi-entity operations or multi-location practices preferred • Familiar with QuickBooks, Excel, and healthcare billing systems • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently • CPA or equivalent designation preferred but not required • Based in Washington State or able to work PST hours preferred What We Offer: • Flexible schedule: part-time or project-based role • Opportunity to make a real impact on a growing healthcare business • Collaborative leadership team open to innovation and structure • Remote work with potential for long-term engagement If you are passionate about accounting and eager to contribute to a growing organization, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
