Fractional Fund Accountant / Fund Administrator (Monthly Retainer)
SEC-registered investment adviser (ERA) seeking a fractional fund accountant for an emerging private credit fund (Reg D 506(c), Delaware LP).
Scope of work:
- Monthly NAV verification (we generate NAV internally via our own platform, you independently verify)
- Quarterly investor statements
- Annual K-1 coordination with our tax preparer
- Your name and credentials on our due diligence questionnaire as independent fund administrator
Current stage: Pre-launch, targeting $10M first close. 0-5 LPs initially. This is a light-touch engagement estimated at 5-10 hours per month.
What we are looking for:
- CPA or equivalent with fund accounting and administration background
- Experience with private credit, hedge fund, or alternative investment fund structures
- Comfortable working as an independent third-party verifier alongside our internal platform
- US-based
This is a monthly retainer engagement scaling with AUM growth. If you have experience at firms like NAV Fund Services, Citco, SS&C, Apex, or similar and are now consulting independently, this is a strong fit.

- Relevant fund admin or fund accounting experience
- Whether you have experience with private credit or alternative investment structures
- Your proposed monthly retainer for the scope described above
