Fractional CMO (Hands-On) – Cold Email, LinkedIn & Event Execution
We’re looking for a hands-on Fractional CMO to help us a new division focused on executive procurement workshops.
We’re looking for someone who can think and execute.
You’ll be responsible for setting up and running outbound campaigns, generating leads, and helping organize small in-person events.
• *What you’ll do:**
• Set up and manage cold email campaigns using Instantly
• Build and execute outreach via LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Identify and target the right audience (procurement professionals)
• Generate qualified leads for workshops and programs
• Help plan and organize small executive events (venue sourcing, coordination, logistics)
• *What we’re looking for:**
• Proven cold email systems
• Strong LinkedIn prospecting and outreach experience
• Comfortable being hands-on and executing campaigns directly
• Tech-savvy and able to move fast without much guidance
• Experience with event planning or workshop organization is a strong plus
• *Nice to have:**
• Experience targeting B2B or corporate audiences
• Background in training, education, or executive programs
