Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve a range of inquiries, from product recommendations to order issues. Research and problem-solve to determine the best solutions for customers, thinking critically and proactively to ensure contact resolution. Utilize active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to provide personalized support to customers and team members alike. Collaborate with teammates and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to a customer-centric culture. Adapt to changing business needs, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow. Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Experience We Need 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) - demonstrated through a written assessment. Fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English. Ability to multi-task, navigating multiple systems and tools while maintaining a conversation with customers. Proficiency in using computers, including data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications: Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart Previous experience in a remote or flexible work environment. Familiarity with customer service software and technology.
