Fractional CFO / CPA Needed for Growing Small Business (Tax Strategy, Sales Tax, Inventory)
I own and operate www.tnymb.com a growing business doing approximately $300K+ in annual revenue, with plans to expand. I am looking for a proactive CPA or Fractional CFO who can provide ongoing guidance throughout the year—not just year-end tax preparation.
What I Need Help With:
1. Tax Planning (HIGH PRIORITY)
Ongoing tax strategy (not just filing)
Guidance on minimizing taxable income legally
Understanding impact on Social Security income (I am collecting early)
Advice BEFORE I make financial decisions
2. Financial Oversight
Monthly or quarterly review of P&L
Help understanding true profitability
Identify areas to improve margins and control expenses
3. Sales Tax Compliance
Guidance on multi-state sales tax requirements
Setup and ongoing compliance support

Understanding COGS and margins
Systems or process recommendations
5. Business Decision Support
Input on compensation (bonuses, contractors, etc.)
