What You’ll DoFinancial Strategy & LeadershipPartner with the CEO and other leaders, providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's rapid growth trajectoryDevelop and implement financial systems and controlsOversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processesMonitor and analyze key performance indicators across client portfoliosRaise debt from lenders to help with acquisitions Complete financial modelling with regard to Leverage BuyOuts (LBOs)Client Financial ManagementAnalyze client campaign performance metrics and ROIOptimize financial operations for our media buying and creative servicesSupport pricing strategies for our core service offerings including PPC Management, Site Testing, and Video Ad CreativeOperational ExcellenceManage relationships with financial partners and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with financial regulations across international operationsWhat You Bring Required ExperienceProven experience as a CFO or VP of Finance ideally within a high-growth environmentPrevious experience in digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS companies, with a strong understanding of company metrics and KPIsComprehensive knowledge of FP&A and GAAP accounting, with proven success in leading budgeting and forecastingFamiliarity with M&A activities, including pre-transaction analysis and post-transaction financial integrationExperience with ERP Platforms and other financial tools The ability to drive strategic financial decisions and clearly communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholdersData-driven decision-making mindset, with expertise in financial modeling and analysisA "big picture" perspective, well versed in implementing and maintaining effective accounting controls and systemsAbility to analyze existing operations and recommend and implement both revised and new policies, procedures, and systemsExperience with international business operationsThis is a remote position with flexible hours, joining our globally distributed team.
