Join a passionate, scrappy, and no-ego team of builders that will inspire you every day.What you’ll doNorth star - Book meetings that convert to high quality opportunitiesYou’ll be sourcing accounts and prospects, researching them and doing cold outreach across multiple channels, all to set up qualified meetings. This is a primarily outbound focused role. You’re expected to become a Pocus expert, using our own product to help you strategically prospect.Responsibilities include:Consistently achieving and exceeding your monthly goal for generating new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipelineBecoming an expert in our product and using it daily to hit your prospecting goalsProspecting and mapping out complex enterprise-level organizations through research within Pocus (and other tools)Engage prospects through a variety of channels - LinkedIn connections, social selling, email, and cold callingWrite your own sequences or personalize existing sequences based on insights discovered through your researchConfidently handling objections via cold calls and emailsUsing your creative skills to make inroads within target accounts - tap into network connections, try gifting campaigns, share your playbooks on social to attract our ICPWhat you bringYou have 1+ years experience in an sales development, marketing, or growth role (direct outbound SDR experience preferred but not required)You’re ultra competitive and have demonstrated grit and resilienceYou can understand complex technology and explain it in a relatable wayYou have energy, ambition, and passion, and want to be part of a growing and winning teamYou are a self-starter and possess an innate sense of urgencyYou have demonstrated the ability to work independently, hold yourself accountable for results, and to drive issues to closure
