bunch is building the backbone of private markets with an end-to-end fund administration platform designed for VC, PE, and other alternative investment funds. Combining AI-driven automation with expert fund support, bunch delivers a new ‘System of Record’ for private markets, covering the entire fund lifecycle.To expand our core team, we're seeking a passionate Founders Associate who wants to play a pivotal role in growing our business and revolutionising private markets.How the role contributes to the company's visionAs a Founders Associate on our Strategy Team, you will be at the core of what drives bunch forward. Working closely with our Founders and Chief of Staff, you will take on impactful projects that shape our commercial, operational, and product success. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of bunch from within and gain experience in taking an early-stage company to the next level.Top responsibilitiesLead the early stages of high-importance, high-urgency projects - from problem definition to actionable plans. Drive data-backed testing of hypotheses through reference calls, targeted research, and rapid prototyping to find solutions quickly.Take charge of initiatives across commercial, product, and operations. Work closely with different teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
