Founder's Apprentice
Filling the Void, LLC is a new marketing agency, that seeks to serve engineering and manufacturing customers. We create stories for podcasts and drive traffic to those podcasts in order to help engineers find the best suppliers, tools and materials in the world.
Job Summary
As the Founder's Apprentice, you will report to the Founder, and work in several different areas of the business including but not limited to:
1. Creative Work - Ads, Presentation Creation, Outline for Storytelling, Ideation for services
2. Sales Outreach - Mostly Email and LinkedIn Campaigns
3. Operating Procedures Creation - Building a business requires standards.
4. Production and Post-Production of Podcast Episodes
5. Coordination of other activities
This job would be excellent for anyone with entrepreneurial ambitions to see how a company tries to change an industry. This position would start at $20/hr for 8-10 hours per week on flexible schedule. It would be great for a computer savvy, young person, especially one who may be in college figuring out what they would like to do.
Filling the Void, LLC is based out of Glen Ellyn, IL and desires someone nearby so that we can meet and strategize in-person every now and again.
Qualifications
• High School Graduate
• Driver's License
• Computer Literate - Word Processing, Presentation Creation, Email, Etc.
• Access to a computer of your own for working at
For someone early in their career, this role will likely challenge you. It will require thinking, learning about the psychology of people, learning about storytelling, understanding business value, and more.
