Forklift-Merchandising Associate

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Forklift-Merchandising Associate. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our merchandise is efficiently and accurately stocked on our sales floor. Operate forklift to safely and efficiently move merchandise throughout the store.
Receive and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of products.
Stock merchandise on sales floor shelves and displays, following planograms and merchandising guidelines.
Rotate and organize merchandise to maintain a neat and orderly sales floor.
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any low stock or discrepancies.
Assist in conducting inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating the forklift and handling merchandise.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the forklift and surrounding storage areas.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers on the sales floor.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Communicate any issues or concerns with merchandise or equipment to management.
Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, merchandising, and inventory management.
Participate in training and development opportunities to improve job performance.
Adhere to all company and legal regulations, including those related to the handling and storage of hazardous materials.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
