Description
SAIC is seeking an Intel Analyst with experience in forensic multimedia and metadata analysis to support an Intelligence Community customer in Bethesda, MD.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Perform forensic multimedia analysis: Enhance audio, validate media authenticity, and extract metadata for operational intelligence.
ā¢ Analyze multimedia data: Identify source or emitter signatures and interpret actionable information from forensic findings.
ā¢ Use signal processing tools: Apply algorithms to optimize audio/visual data for intelligence applications.
ā¢ Collaborate on forensic workflows: Work with cross-functional IC teams to support mission objectives.
Qualifications
ā¢ Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
ā¢ Basic-to-intermediate experience with digital signal processing and audio/visual media enhancement.
ā¢ Hands-on familiarity with at least one major analytical programming language or toolset (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or equivalent).
ā¢ Understanding of metadata analysis and related forensic techniques to authenticate digital media.
Strong ability to explain and document technical findings to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
ā¢ Familiarity with signal optimization, audio processing, or multimedia forensic workflows.
ā¢ Exposure to reporting tools or workflows in the Intelligence Community (preferred but not required).
ā¢ Basic experience with computer vision or rapid prototyping tools is a plus.
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
