Lead Creative Director
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Creative Marketing Director - REMOTE. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the brand's voice and strategy, shaping how we connect with our audience. As a vital member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with leadership to drive creative initiatives across all platforms. Accountabilities
• Lead and develop monthly creative strategies from data insights, identifying hooks, angles, and campaigns for organic and paid content.
• Oversee and direct all creative output across various platforms, ensuring consistency and quality in messaging.
• Build, manage, and elevate the creative team, including designers, video editors, and copywriters.
• Own and refine the brand voice, signing off on all messaging and copy before market release.
• Collaborate with media buying and growth teams to test, iterate, and optimize creative based on performance data.
Requirements
• 7 or more years of experience in creative direction within high-ticket coaching or service-based businesses.
• Proven track record overseeing $1M+ funnels with a strong understanding of voice-of-customer research.
• Demonstrated ability to lead creative teams, manage QA processes, and own final approvals.
• Strong copywriting literacy with the ability to brief, review, and elevate copy produced by your team.
• Analytical mindset with a genuine obsession for testing, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
