We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food Services Assistant Manager to join our team in Mississippi. As a key member of our food services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food services program, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Manage inventory, order food and beverages, equipment, and supplies, and oversee food preparation, portion sizes, and presentation.
Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Stock and rotate food supplies and non-food products, and practice personal hygiene and proper sanitation procedures.
Handle cash, make deposits, and assist in menu planning, ordering, and basic P&L responsibilities.
Prepare and serve food, handle cashiering responsibilities, and maintain a clean work environment.
Participate in formal and informal training, and demonstrate knowledge of sanitation practices.
Exhibit courtesy and understanding to staff and customers, and maintain a safe work environment.
Assist with duties such as taking inventory, checking in trucks, and food/supplies breakouts.


Requirements and Qualifications:


High school diploma required.
Pass a criminal background check and a drug screening.
Physically fit and able to stand for 7 continuous hours.
Preferred skills: ability to stay on task, reliability, strong work ethic, and experience in food service or fast food business.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in temperatures as low as zero degrees.
