[Remote] Financial Reporting Analyst

As the Financial Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing SEC filings of ETFs and assisting in the financial reporting function while ensuring exceptional client service levels.ResponsibilitiesAssisting Fund Administration management, including the Financial Reporting Manager, in continuing to build the Financial Reporting function. The Financial Reporting team is tasked and focused on the preparation of ETF financial statements and related schedules, including Schedules of Investments, for SEC filings on Forms N-CSR and N-PORTProducing and performing detailed reviews of GAAP financial statementsAssisting Trust Administration teams in coordinating ETF audits with independent auditors and external ETF service providers and clientsLiaising with senior Fund Administration team members to ensure exceptional client and partner service levelsContribute to process improvements and technology enhancements for fund administration – financial reporting related workflowsSkillsBachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience1 - 3 years of investment industry experience, however, direct experience in fund administration is preferred, particularly experience already with SEC filing requirementsKnowledge and experience with applicable SEC filingsMust have knowledge of and practical experience in the application of GAAP financial accounting and reporting for regulated investment companies, both the Securities Act of 1933 and the Investment Company Act of 1940Must be able to assist in multiple growth initiatives and projects simultaneouslyAbility to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to embrace and adapt to changing technological environment as well as being exposed to multiple fund accounting and reporting systemsAbility to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environmentExperience using Confluence/Unity technologies for financial statements and performanceSpecific experience with exchange-traded funds (ETFs)Company OverviewTidal Financial Group (Tidal) is a leading ETF investment and technology platform facilitating the creation, operation and growth of ETFs.
