• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors with a friendly demeanor and a focus on precision and speed.
• Follow the established brand recipes and operational guidelines when preparing and presenting menu items.
• Always ensure your work area is tidy, structured, and hygienic.
• Adhere to all protocols for food safety, monetary transactions, and maintaining a secure environment in the restaurant setting.
• Help support team members by participating in mandatory training sessions and offering assistance whenever necessary.
• Guarantee the proper implementation of all marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Stick to timetables and uphold timeliness during every period of work.
• Adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the franchise, corporation, and brand.
Qualifications and Experience of Food Service Crew:
• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
• Proficiency in fundamental mathematical concepts and adeptness in accurately managing monetary transactions.
• Skilled in the operation of restaurant and culinary equipment (age restrictions could be a factor).
• Customer-centric and skilled in predicting and surpassing customer needs.
• Dependable, on time, and willing to accommodate varying schedules, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
