Florida Licensed Physician – Medical Director (Med Spa Oversight | Remote | Contract)

We are seeking a Florida-licensed physician to serve as a Medical Director for med spa and wellness clinics. This is a remote, contract-based opportunity focused on compliance oversight and collaboration with RNs, NPs, and business owners. The ideal candidate is a physician with an interest in the aesthetic and wellness industry who is willing to provide medical supervision while maintaining a flexible schedule.
• *This role is primarily remote; however, the physician should be open to quarterly in-person clinic visits, only if required to meet state regulatory or supervision requirements.

We specialize in supporting clients who require medical oversight for med spa services, ensuring compliance with state regulations while fostering successful business operations.
• *Responsibilities:**
• Serve as a Medical Director for RNs, NPs, and business owners operating med spas.
• Provide collaborative oversight for procedures such as IV therapy, HRT, IM Injectables, Medical weight loss with GLP-1 medications, and other aesthetic services.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and industry standards.
• Offer guidance on protocols, patient safety, and best practices.
• Be available for consultation and support during clinical hours, as needed.
Qualifications
• Licensed physician in Florida (MD or DO) in good standing.
• Interest or experience in aesthetic medicine, IV therapy, or med spa services preferred.
• Comfortable providing remote oversight and telehealth consultations, if needed.
• Willingness to collaborate with RNs, NPs, and business owners in a supportive capacity.
• Position is primarily remote; however, the physician should be willing to accommodate occasional in-person clinic visits if required to maintain compliance with evolving state regulations.
