Florida Based Remote Attorney

We are a rapidly growing law firm expanding to provide compassionate, high quality legal services to our clients. Our law Firm has new positions available for immediate hire of Attorneys to join a team where we believe in the power of law to positively impact individuals, families and communities. Employment and/or Estate Planning and Trust preparation experience a plus! The position entails answering legal questions and offering legal advice over the telephone, document review, preparation of letters and research. This is a work-from-home position following a one-week training period in our Plantation, Broward County office. Responsibilities: · Manage incoming calls · Identify and assess customer’s legal issue and document our proprietary software · Preparation of letters · Review documents on behalf of clients · Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law · Go the extra mile to engage customers and build a telephone relationship Job Requirements: · Florida Bar admission 2+ years in good standing · Excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Strong customer service and personal service orientation · Ability to build rapport with clients and work in a collaborative atmosphere · Ability to ask pertinent questions, actively listen to answers and synthesize information in order to formulate advice based on sound judgement and strong knowledge of the law and legal precedence All applications held in confidence.
