Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers during boarding and deplaning processes, providing excellent customer service and support.
Conduct safety checks, assist with emergency procedures as necessary, and collaborate with flight attendants and other crew members to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the boarding area, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, with experience in the airline industry being a bonus.
