Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for a Flight Simulation Specialist. The role involves designing, developing, and running flight simulations to test and improve autonomous systems. Daily tasks include analyzing simulation data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating findings, and applying aviation knowledge to enhance simulation accuracy. The specialist will also contribute to supporting flight tests and ensuring the operational success of simulations.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Aircraft and Flight Test procedures
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting simulation data
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
• Knowledge of Flights and flight simulation systems
• Experience with autonomous systems and vehicle platforms is a plus
• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation, or related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines within a remote setting
