FL Licensed Loan Processor
About the Role:
Looking for experienced FL licensed processor with wholesale experience working QM and NQM loans. Pipeline average from 10-15 loans / month.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and verify loan applications for completeness and accuracy
• Collect and organize borrower documentation (pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, credit reports)
• Order and track third-party services (appraisals, title work, inspections, insurance)
• Verify borrower income, assets, and employment status
• Ensure all documentation meets federal lending requirements and compliance standards
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and vendors to keep files moving
• Prepare loan files for underwriting and closing
• Track deadlines and follow up on missing documents
Required Qualifications:
• FL licensed MLO
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Fluent in English and Haitian Creole and/or French
• Fluent in Spanish
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with email, phone, and basic computer systems
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• 2 + years previous loan processing experience
• Lending Pad experience
Compensation Structure:
• Pay is per file at closing, processed weekly. Earnings vary by loan type.
Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,500.00 per week
