Transactions may include time and attendance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, SPCC (Small Purchase Charge Card), travel, inventory, and other related fiscal service transactions. Working knowledge of policy and procedure related to time and attendance, accounts payable/receivable, procurement, inventory, and travel. Knowledge of office and program support activities. Ability to monitor and analyze data and accurately perform data entry in automated financial and inventory systems and prepare financial reports. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with internal and external customer and to work independently or as a team member. Ability to maintain files, purge and dispose of files in accordance with records retention guidelines and schedules. Skill in the use of computers and software applications to include automated inventory and financial management software and Microsoft Office programs. Valid driver's license required.Additional ConsiderationsExperience applying knowledge of GAAP, governmental accounting, internal controls, inventory, and compliance. Knowledge and experience processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
