This role is designed for a big picture architect who doesn't just manage a small team, but actively dives into the weeds of design, configuration, and project management. You will be the primary architect ensuring that our department-level systems work together as a cohesive engine to power our business.We need a leader who can navigate the high-level roadmap of how data and process flow across the organization, while simultaneously being the person who can roll up their sleeves to build a complex flow or troubleshoot an API integration. You are the bridge between business needs and technical execution—a nimble problem-solver who can translate a vague business requirement into a robust, scalable system design.Responsibilities:DevOps and Release ManagementDesign and govern the DevOps lifecycle for business applications, ensuring a standardized process for moving configuration from sandbox to productionPrioritize the development backlog by balancing urgent changes with long-term strategic projects, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest-impact tasksDrive scalability by building repeatable deployment patterns, ensuring that as the company grows, our systems and release cadences can handle increased complexity without breakingStrategy & Project ManagementDevelop and execute a long-term roadmap for business applications that eliminates technical debt and anticipates future growthLead end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial discovery and requirements gathering to go-live and post-launch supportManage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants, ensuring deliverables meet our high standards for design and performanceLook beyond standard features to design creative, elegant automation solutions that solve complex business bottlenecksIdentify manual human-in-the-loop processes across the organization and replace them with scalable, automated workflowsHands-on Configuration & DesignPerform complex system configurations, custom object creation, and automated workflow design within Salesforce and integrated platformsAudit and refine system permissions, validation rules, and data structures to ensure "clean" environment managementTake full ownership of the end-to-end design for complex builds, ensuring that custom objects, fields, and automation logic are built elegantlyTeam Leadership & EnablementLead and mentor a small team of analysts/admins, fostering a culture of technical excellence with empathyPartner with stakeholders across the company to identify friction points and propose automated solutionsEstablish KPIs for system uptime, data accuracy, and user adoption to measure the success of our application suiteRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience5+ years of experience in Business Applications or Enterprise Systems managementProven track record in Salesforce architecture (Certifications like Application/System Architect are a major plus)Direct experience implementing or managing HRIS and financial systemsExperience leading mid-to-large scale system implementationsArchitect Mindset: Ability to visualize complex data relationships and how a change in one system ripples through the entire tech stackHybrid Capability: Equal parts high-level strategist and detail-level doer who enjoys technical configurationUnrelenting Problem Solver: A proactive approach to ambiguity; you don't wait for a manual to get to the solutionCommunication: Ability to explain complex technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and empathy First Stop Health is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
