Remote Customer Experience- Email, Chat, Call
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a RemoteCustomer Experience Agent.This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through email, chat, and phone communications. Ā Key Responsibilities and Duties:**
Ā Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner
Ā Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
Ā Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
Ā Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
Ā Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
Ā Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods/tools
Ā Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Ā Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Ā Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Ā Take the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base
Ā Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience
Ā Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and policies
Ā Qualifications:**
Ā Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Ā Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ā Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Ā Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ā Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Ā Skills and Competencies:**
Ā Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ā Strong problem-solving skills
Ā Proficiency in written and verbal communication
Ā Comfortable with technology and able to work effectively in a remote setting
Ā Work Environment:**
Ā This is a fully remote position that requires a quiet, dedicated workspace
Ā Must have reliable high-speed internet and a personal computer/phonesuitable for professional work
