They are seeking an Analyst or Consultant in the Insurance Solutions group to advise and implement technology-enabled services that modernize the insurance industry.ResponsibilitiesSupport delivery of client projects by helping implement technology solutions that improve service delivery and customer experienceWork with clients and project teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and contribute to solution designAssist with requirements gathering workshops, documentation, and project coordinationHelp prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and internal teamsCollaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices while developing your own skillsStay current on evolving insurance industry trends and enabling technologies (e.g., Guidewire) to support solution design and deliverySkillsYou self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) in CanadaExperience working with First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples (and communities and expertise in issues faced by Indigenous peoples and communities in Canada)Proficiency in an Indigenous language is a valuable asset.
