Senior Vice President of Loan Management
A company is looking for a SVP, Loan Management to oversee multiple loan management functions and mentor staff in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering internal cooperation and continuous improvement
• Manage client expectations and serve as an escalation point for conflict resolution and process clarification
• Establish formalized processes to ensure compliance with loan and client requirements while driving operational excellence
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 12+ years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in a VP level role or equivalent
• Demonstrated leadership in commercial real estate and loan servicing administration
• Ability to collaborate with various functional leaders to achieve strategic business goals
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and familiarity with industry-related technologies is a plus
