Financial Systems Analyst
Your Expedition (Position Overview)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Systems Analyst to join our finance team. The Finance Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s financial planning and analysis processes.
This is a remote position.
Going the Extra Mile (Responsibilities)
Adaptive Insights administrator for both integration and planning, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and performance. Maintain and update models, dimensions, and hierarchies to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs.
Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting processes. Assist in creating annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate cross-functionally (e.g., IT or Data) or with external vendors for resolution.
Lead system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features and enhancements.
Train end-users on Adaptive functionality and best practices
Your Passport to Success (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2 years of experience in financial systems administration and FP&A roles.
Hands-on experience with Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning) preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience with financial modeling and scenario planning
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Snowflake)
Working knowledge of SQL for querying and data analysis.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
