Ā Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Ā Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Ā Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements
Ā Financial Services Sales experience
Ā Successful track record of meeting sales goals
Ā Successful track record of marketing Financial Service products based on customer needs
Ā Excellent interpersonal skills
Ā Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Ā Self-motivated
Ā Detail oriented
Ā Excellent problem solving
Ā Life and Health license (must have currently)
