Self-Motivated and Disciplined: Able to work effectively and independently.
Outgoing and Relationship-Oriented: Enjoy developing relationships and have a sincere desire to help others.
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Excellent time-management skills.
Experienced: Background in sales, military, police, finance management, mortgage, real estate, or similar fields.
Qualified: Bachelors degree in finance or business and/ or Life, Accident, Health license (preferred)
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom, and able to navigate multiple applications during call handling.
