Financial Modeling Consultant Needed – Pro Forma for Cultural Arts & Event Venu
Seeking a financial modeling expert to create revenue projections and pro forma for a cultural arts and event venue startup.
I’m a lead consultant with a boutique consulting firm and am seeking an experienced financial modeling consultant to support the development of a pro forma and financial projection model for a new cultural arts and event venue currently in development.
The venue will include multiple revenue streams, including:
Weddings and private event rentals
Ticketed live performances (capacity ~350)
Cultural dinner experiences
Classes and workshops
Bar revenue
Catering participation (% model)
The client has already developed a partial pro forma focused on weddings. The scope of this engagement is to refine and integrate that existing work into a comprehensive financial model that reflects the full operating business.
Scope of Work
Review and refine existing pro forma assumptions
Build an integrated financial projection model (Excel or Google Sheets)
Model multiple revenue streams and operating scenarios
Develop break-even analysis
Build 3 projection scenarios (conservative, base, optimistic)
Deliver clean, structured, decision-ready model with clear assumptions
I will provide operating assumptions, structure, and strategic inputs. Your role will focus on financial modeling and projections.
Ideal Candidate
Experience building financial models for event venues, hospitality, entertainment, restaurants, or startups
Strong financial modeling and projection experience (not bookkeeping)
FP&A, Fractional CFO, or strategic finance background preferred
CPA or MBA is a plus but not required
Ability to deliver a professional, well-structured model
Please include examples of similar models you’ve built.
Timeline
Project start: Within 1–2 weeks
Delivery target: 3–5 weeks from kickoff
