Financial & Investment Analyst — Venture Capital (Remote)
Noris Capital is a San Francisco-based venture capital firm investing in fintech, emerging technologies, and innovative startups. We're looking for a sharp Financial & Investment Analyst to join our team remotely.
This is a high-impact role your work goes directly to senior partners and influences real investment decisions.
What you'll do:
• Analyze financial models, valuations, and investment opportunities
• Conduct due diligence on early and growth-stage companies
• Build financial models (DCF, comparables, scenario analysis)
• Write clear investment memos for partners
• Track portfolio company performance and key metrics
• Monitor market trends across fintech, tech, and emerging sectors
You're a great fit if you:
• Have 2+ years in investment banking, VC, PE, or equity research
• Are fluent in English (C1 minimum)
• Can build financial models from scratch in Excel/Google Sheets
• Write clearly and concisely no fluff
• Work well independently in a remote, async environment
Nice to have:
• CFA Level 1 or above
• Experience with fintech, SaaS, or emerging tech companies
• Familiarity with blockchain or digital assets (not required)
