Financial Analyst II
The State of Utah's Division of Law Enforcement is seeking a proactive Financial Analyst II to enhance their collaborative team environment. This role focuses on managing the division's fiscal health through detailed financial operations, including payroll processing and compliance with state finance policies. Responsibilities Review travel requests and reimbursements in the state's travel system to ensure compliance with state policy Assist with maintaining the division's assets/inventory Data entry of payables, receivables, cash receipts, allocations, requisitions, and adjustments in Vantage Assist with the biweekly payroll process including manual entry, coding corrections, and running reports Provide administrative support as needed Skills Attention to detail Ability to comprehend, apply, and explain rules, policies and procedures Ability to take initiative and work independently to meet deadlines Effective written and verbal communication skills Experience with Vantage Financial Experience with Concur Knowledge of and experience with the state's finance and purchasing policies and procedures Benefits Job Stability: Enjoy the security and reliability of employment within a well-established organization.
