Deloitte is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their GPS Financial Planning & Analysis team. In this role, you will help assess, forecast, and drive the financial performance of the business by analyzing firm financial data and providing actionable insights.ResponsibilitiesServe as trusted business advisor to Offering Portfolio (OP) leaders by analyzing & presenting data and sharing insights and recommendations to help guide decision makingSupport the development of OP Plans, Forecasts and scenario modelingParticipate in strategy development and risk management with OP leadershipEngage in business-wide financial activities to support operations, drive transformation, and fulfill deliverables across the matrixed organizationSupport cross-business activities and ad hoc analyses where neededSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance or similar quantitative subject1+ years of relevant financial analysis experience, preferably in a professional services firm1+ years of experience with SAP Analysis for Office, SAP Business Client and other financial applications1+ years of experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint and WordMust be able to work with a team that is primarily based in east coast timeMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or any time in the futureAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveFamiliarity with government contractsFamiliarity with a matrix organizational structureProfessional services financial experienceExperience working with offshore and remote teamsWillingness to learn & utilize available technology tools (e.g., Sidekick, Copilot)BenefitsDiscretionary annual incentive programCompany OverviewDeloitte is a business consulting company that offers audit, consulting, financial advisory, and tax services.
