People Management Responsibilities: No Role Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $55,000- $65,000 plus incentives Position Overview As the Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of regional retail sales execution, representing the CELSIUS® brand across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels. This is your opportunity to drive sales performance, cultivate strong distributor partnerships, and amplify brand presence in a high-energy, field-based role. You’ll bring a results-driven mindset, a passion for customer engagement, and a deep understanding of CPG sales execution to every store visit—typically 12 to 15 per day.
