Financial Analyst, Divisional Reporting & Analytics - Capital Access Platforms

Nasdaq is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join the Divisional Reporting & Analytics team within FP&A. This role will support the Divisional CFO and Business Unit CFOs by delivering insightful financial analysis, supporting forecasting and budget processes, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making for the Capital Access Platforms Division. Responsibilities Partner with Divisional and Business Unit CFOs and Finance Leads to support budget setting, forecasting, and long‑range planning, ensuring alignment with divisional and corporate financial goals Deliver insightful financial analysis and variance commentary versus actuals, budget, and forecast, identifying key drivers, trends, and risks/opportunities to inform decision‑making Support month‑end close and forecast processes, including recording accurate transactions and ensuring data integrity across reporting and planning outputs Develop and maintain financial models and reporting to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and performance management for the Capital Access Platforms Division Prepare and present financial reporting and executive‑level insights to senior management, while continuously improving financial processes, models, and systems to enhance efficiency and analytical rigor Skills Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration 0-2 Years of experience High proficiency in utilizing Workday, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and OneStream Benefits 401(k) program with 6% employer match Employee Stock Purchase Program with 15% discount Student loan repayment program up to $10k Company paid life and disability plans Generous paid time off Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage Health spending account with employer contribution Paid flex days to support mental wellbeing Gym membership discounts Hybrid home/office schedule (for most positions) Paid parental leave Fertility benefits Paid bereavement leave Company gift matching program Employee resource groups Paid volunteer days Education Assistance Program Robust job skills training Professional development opportunities Company Overview Nasdaq is a global provider of trading, clearing, exchange technology, listing, information, and public company services.
