Job Title: Junior Business Analyst – Aetna Enterprise Integrations Location: Preferred Hartford, CT or Remote for Ideal Candidate Job Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level Overview: Join the Aetna Enterprise Integrations (AEI) team supporting mission-critical integration efforts across Member, Claims, and Channel domains. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in healthcare technology and enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for integration projects Support the development and maintenance of enterprise APIs and data flows across batch and real-time systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product owners to ensure alignment on project goals Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of integration solutions Help track project milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation efforts Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication Familiarity with data concepts, APIs, or healthcare systems is a plus Exposure to AI/ML concepts or tools is a strong plus Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Preferred Skills: Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, or SQL Internship or academic project experience in business analysis, systems integration, or AI/ML applications Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $21.10 - $44.99 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
