Financial Analyst

As an FP&A Analyst, you will support core operational and corporate finance decisions, focusing on labor, staffing, real estate, and capital expenditures while working closely with various departments to drive data-driven decisions. Responsibilities Build and maintain advanced Excel models (forecasts, budgets, labor and CapEx analyses; dashboards and scenario/sensitivity work) Conduct monthly and quarterly performance analysis vs. budget/forecast; present insights to leadership Support multi-entity reporting across numerous locations; streamline and standardize reporting packages Partner with Operations, Accounting, Real Estate, and HR to align staffing and capital plans with financial goals Contribute to business cases and modeling (e.g., clinic/business reporting) for new sites and expansions Drive ad-hoc analyses with quick turnarounds to support data-driven decisions Skills Excel expertise: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH, PivotTables, advanced functions; comfort with large, multi‑tab models Exposure to financial modeling and executive‑ready reporting; strong understanding of financial statements (IS/BS/CF) High ownership, strong communication, and comfort in a fast‑paced, growing environment Accounting background or close partnership with Accounting CapEx analysis experience Company Overview Cherry Bekaert is an accounting firm that offers tax, audit, and advisory solutions.
