About Remote Advisor Resources (RAR) - 1099 Independent Contractor RAR partners with top independent advisors across the U.S. — especially those affiliated with LPL Financial. We are expanding our roster of experienced assistants who understand the LPL environment, from ClientWorks workflows to service ticket handling. If you’ve supported advisors on LPL, this is a high-demand, immediate-placement opportunity. What You’ll Do • Manage daily operations in ClientWorks • Prepare & submit account openings, ACATs, transfers, money movement • Navigate LPL service tickets and escalate as needed • Monitor workflow status, clear NIGOs, and handle follow-ups • Prepare meeting summaries, client reviews, and onboarding documents • Maintain CRM (Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce, Tamarac) • Coordinate directly with advisors for client service items You’re a Fit If You Have: • 3+ years working at an LPL-affiliated firm • Strong ClientWorks proficiency (service items, forms, workflows) • Experience with LPL tools (e.g., eSignature, Account View, Orion preferred) • High accuracy and detail orientation • Professional communication with clients & advisors • Comfort working independently and remotely What RAR Offers You • Consistent advisor placements looking specifically for LPL experience • $72k–$90k depending on hours and depth of LPL skills • Flexible 20–40 hrs/week • Long-term engagements with stable, high-quality firms • 100% remote work Apply Today If you’re a confident LPL ClientWorks expert who enjoys remote work and advisor operations — we want to meet you.
