We are now seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an At Home Part-time Product Tester and Consumer Research Participant. Job Overview As an At Home Part-time Product Tester and Consumer Research Participant, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of products, providing feedback and insights that will help shape the future of consumer goods. This is a part-time position, requiring 15-20 hours of work per week, with a competitive hourly rate of $25-$45. You will have the flexibility to work from home, with occasional visits to clients' offices, laboratories, stores, warehouses, or factories for training or meetings. These visits are paid by the hour and are usually local, with a maximum drive time of 20 minutes from your location. Main Responsibilities • Sign and return non-disclosure agreements before receiving products to be tested • Take care of the products being tested and use them responsibly • Follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of the product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc. • Properly document the In-Home Usage Test as instructed, using methods such as snapshots, audio recordings, videos, and Product Journals • Attend Skype meetings or conference call meetings with Account Managers, Brand Managers, Research Managers, Product Managers, or small business owners to offer ongoing product usage feedback • Use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology) to capture Point-of-Emotion insights and gain unparalleled depth of responses (for certain projects) • Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project, which may include written reviews, photos, and video reviews Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: • Great ability to follow precise instructions • Openness to writing short reviews, recording audio or short video (no experience necessary) • Great attention to detail and a curious spirit • Ability to work 15-20 hours per week and commit to a certain routine • Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection • Access to a digital camera or cellphone that takes pictures • Honesty and reliability • Good communication skills (an asset) • No experience required • High School Diploma • 18 years or older Benefits As an At Home Part-time Product Tester and Consumer Research Participant, you will enjoy the following benefits: • Very competitive salary • Weekly pay • Flexible schedule, allowing you to work around your needs • Opportunity to learn about an exciting industry • Telecommute (work from home, work, or school) • Most of the time, you can keep the products tested • An incredible team comprised of motivated and talented individuals Career Growth Opportunities As a part-time Product Tester, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the consumer research industry.
