Finances Business Partner - Remote Monitoring Systems

This role is part of the FP&A team and support the Remote Monitoring Systems Operations Team by providing financial information, analysis, and insights helping them make informed decisions and driving business strategy. The Finance Business Partner is required to provide strong financial leadership to the business, continually building trust and integrity through the provision of timely , accurate and insightful information, while demonstrating sound commercial judgement and decisive decision making. Reporting to th e FP&A director , the Finance Business Partner , you must be able to Act as the link between Eddyfi Technologies FP&A team and Remote Monitoring Systems management Coordinate and participate in the forecasting and budgeting processes (with Sales, Innovation and Operations Leaders) Review monthly results and provide commentary on the Remote Monitering Systems financial performance Use systems and data to produce analytics and KPIs Translate financial results from analytics and KPIs into business insights Improve understanding of costing and margin performance as well as pricing Prepare and present results to Remote Monitoring Systems management We value transferable skills, different career paths and learning agility. What makes you an asset to our team A bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related education is required Minimum of 8 years of experience including 3 years of relevant financial, planning and analysis role is required Experience with manufacturing and product costing/pricing is preferred Experience in an international environment and multi entity’s structure is preferred Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience advantageous ) Knowledge of Reporting Tools (Power BI is a plus) Must be proficient in spoken and written English and French Ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and present performance insights Strong financial leadership capabilities Flexibility to participate in various projects as required Ability to provide recommendations to improve operational and financial performance At Eddyfi technologies, diversity, equity and inclusion are fundamental to who we are.
