Finance Manager

Responsibilities: Manage the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.Lead the month-end close process, including consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with relevant business units including analysis around intercompany charges.Ensure appropriate accounting treatment across the group.Liaise with auditors, preparing documentation for annual audits and regulatory filings.Supervise cash flow management, treasury operations, and optimisation of working capital.Drive automation and integration across finance systems.Support implementation of financial controls and improve efficiency across finance operations.Partner with the Group Finance Team on various initiatives and projects.Lead, mentor, and develop finance team.Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous learning within the finance team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).5–10 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 1–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical capability.Advanced Excel and proficiency in financial systems.Experience working with BI/reporting tools and automating financial workflows.Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
