Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Audit operations teams' and system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
Suggest and implement process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Track and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
Interact with stakeholders at all levels, providing exceptional customer service and support
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and systems


Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
