Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. This role is responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights that drive business performance and profitability.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, commercially aware, and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business metrics
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions
• Conduct variance analysis and explain key drivers of performance
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability across business units
• Identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and leadership teams
• Present financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Qualifications
Must-have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or analyst roles
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
Preferred:
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or financial dashboards
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• CFA, CPA, or MBA is a plus
• Experience in corporate finance or investment analysis
