What you'll do:We are seeking a motivated, Independent Final Expense Agent (1099) to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with pre-qualified leads, educate clients on their options, and guide them through the process of selecting the right Final Expense policy to protect their loved ones. You'll leverage our tech-enabled sales platform and real-time support to drive success in a high-demand market.What we offer:

Compensation:
Our Independent Agent contract is commission-based only, with commissions paid bimonthly.
As a non-employee contractor, you will not receive any employee benefits. However, we do provide free inbound leads, our CRM, and support to help you succeed. This is a non-captive agent contract.
As a licensed position working within a regulated industry, all candidates must undergo extensive background checks, including lifetime criminal background and credit history reports. Passing a background check is a condition for contracting with WiseChoice in this role.
Who are you:
You have 12 months of proven Medicare Insurance Sales experience as an Independent agent or at least 24 months of experience selling insurance products such as ACA, Final Expense, Annuities, or Life Insurance.
If you are currently appointed with Medicare carriers, you must be able to become reappointed through a release letter or other process by such date.
You have a minimum of 5 active Health Licenses prior to contracting with WiseChoice, with the ability to acquire 10-15 Health Licenses prior to taking calls.
Commission-driven - Agents who do well here have an entrepreneurial mentality driven by our uncapped commission structure
Competitive, self-motivated personality - You need to have a drive to overcome customer objections and compete with yourself and other agents to succeed and hit new goals
You will be required to undergo basic training to be permitted access to WiseChoice software systems.
